What Determines the Price?

• Property Type: Apartment, house, warehouse, or commercial space.
• Size and Age: Total square meters and year of construction.
• Scope of Work: Choose between a standard inspection or a premium package with specialized testing (thermal imaging, air and water quality analysis, electromagnetic radiation levels).

Payment Methods & Terms

• Consultation: Contact us to discuss your specific needs and receive a final quote.
• Invoicing: You will receive a pro-forma invoice. Once payment is confirmed, we issue the final original invoice.
• Booking: Your inspection is officially reserved once the payment is received in our account.

Cancellation Policy:

• Access issues or client cancellation: A fee of €51 will be retained to cover administrative costs, and the remaining balance will be refunded.
• Company inability to perform: If we are unable to conduct the inspection, 100% of the amount will be refunded within 3 business days.
