1. If you want to rent out a property, add value to it and gain the confidence of tenants, then our surveyor will visit the property to verify its state and the extras it offers. We provide with an “Inspected” stamp that you can put on your listing photos or ads to attract more attention from tenants.

2.If, during tenant occupancy, you want to find out the current state of the property, our inspector will visit and examine the property.

3. When a tenant leaves and you have to return the deposit, we, as an independent party, will verify the actual state of the property at that time. If we have inspected the property at the start of the tenancy or during the tenancy, we keep a record accompanied by photographs. This will avoid disputes.
