  • property orientation
  • state of electrical and plumbing installations
  • assessment the vertical risers and horizontal wiring
  • presence of leaks and moisture
  • heating and air conditioning systems
  • roof, common areas, basements, attics and garages
  • flooring, walls and ceilings, windows
  • furniture and electrical appliances
  • presence of pests
  • water quality from mains or borehole/well – chemical and biological analysis
  • noise levels- inside and outside, air pollution levels.
  • electromagnetic emissions
  • heat-energy capture
  • artificial and natural indoor light levels
  • pH levels, humidity, illuminance and soil temperature

Technical audits are carried out on apartments, houses, offices, shops, restaurants, warehouses, attics and garages. After the audit we issue a full report with analysis and recommendations.
